The local scoop
Pirogue Grille is a chef-owned, casual fine-dining restaurant on North 4th Street that opened in September 2005 and has been a downtown dinner destination ever since. The kitchen cooks with seasonal, local and organic ingredients, and the Bismarck visitors bureau points to seafood, bison and walleye among its specialties. It is the sort of place to book for a birthday, an anniversary or any night that deserves a proper dinner.
