It roasts its beans locally and serves them at cafés in Kirkwood Mall and at Sanford Health, as well as this one inside the Missouri Valley Family YMCA on North Washington Street. The menu goes well past coffee: pour-over, nitro cold brew and espresso share space with smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, sandwiches and waffles.
